Qualification with evidence
Submit products as immutable revisions with the required, current evidence. Approval is per exact revision and market; a material change starts a new revision to re-qualify.
Routed demand
RFQs are routed to the approved supplier of the exact qualified product revision — no noise, no mis-routing.
Quote → order → fulfill
Send versioned quotes, accept orders, then pick, pack, and ship. Over-shipment is prevented and delivery is recorded with proof.
Your responsibility, respected
You remain responsible for product identity, composition, labeling, quality, conformity, recalls, and warranties. Sentrick records the workflow; it is not the manufacturer or guarantor.

What you provide to get qualified
Qualification is document-based, and we only ask for compliance documents that apply to your product. The list differs for U.S. and international suppliers. Full detail on the supplier verification page.
Suppliers in the United States
- Legal company info & registration
- Form W-9 (EIN / Tax ID)
- Authorized representative (name, email, phone)
- Product catalog (brand, SKU / UPC, sizes)
- Wholesale price list (case qty, MOQ, lead time)
- Applicable compliance (ISO 9001, COA / assay, certificate of origin, LME where applicable)
- U.S. product label
- Shipping & claims policy
Suppliers outside the United States
- Company registration & country
- Authorized representative (name, email, phone)
- Manufacturer / brand authority (Authorization Letter if not)
- Product catalog + country of origin
- Export price list + Incoterm (EXW / FOB / CIF)
- FDA foreign facility + U.S. Agent
- Importer of record (not automatically Sentrick)
- Material label (grade, purity, origin)
- Applicable compliance / quality
- Shipping / export terms
No banking information is requested at this stage — bank and payout details are collected later, through the secure payment system, only after a supplier is accepted. For imported materials, the supplier identifies the importer of record; Sentrick does not act as it automatically.
What the flow looks like

Create a product and submit its revision with required evidence.

Once qualified and published, receive routed RFQs.

Send a quote; when a buyer approver accepts, an order is created.

Accept the order and fulfill: pick → pack → ship → deliver.

Handle returns and provide evidence for disputes when they arise.
Marketplace approval does not transfer, dilute, or replace your obligations for your products.
