RFQ → quote → order
Send RFQs routed to the approved supplier, compare versioned quotes, and have a buyer approver (distinct from the requester) accept. Totals and the marketplace commission are computed server-side.

Request returns against your order's policy and open disputes that hold the supplier payout until Sentrick resolves them. Every stage is separate and recorded.
